Return Policy

 

We strive for the highest customer satisfaction.  If for any reason you are not happy with the item, please call us at 800-278-5250 to request a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. 

Products sold by ITDeal.com are covered by 14 day refund return period, unless otherwise noted on individual product pages.  

All products physically damaged in transit or defective on arrival (DOA) must be reported within 24 hours of arrival to qualify for DOA replacement. ITDeal.com will not accept any claims for physically damaged and DOA products past this time frame.

All product shortages and wrong product shipments must be reported within 48 hours of arrival. ITDeal.com will not accept any claims past this time frame.

All returns covered under our 14 day refund return period are subject to the following:

    • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by ITDeal.com must accompany all returns.
    • RMA numbers for refunds must be obtained no later than 14 days from the date the product was shipped.
    • All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
    • All products must be returned in original packaging, including all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts.
    • ITDeal.com will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused. For example, overclocking or improper installation of CPU fans will cause CPUs to chip or burn. All chipped and burnt CPUs are considered physically damaged and are not eligible for replacement or refund.
    • Shipping Fee is not refundable. 
    • 15% restocking fee applies to returns of non-defective items.
    • Please allow 5-7 business days for all refunds. 
    • ITDeal.com will arrange and pay all costs associated with returning of DOA (Dead on Arrival) product on orders shipped within the Continental USA if we are notified within 24 hours.

SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS - NO REFUNDS are accepted for any items in the following categories:

2. LCD Dead pixels policy

    • LCD displays may have cosmetic imperfections that appear as small bright or dark spots. This is common to all LCD displays used in products by all vendors and is not specific to any vendor or brand.  The Dead pixels policy is determined by manufacturers for most products and can be found on the manufacturers’ websites.

Below are the acceptable amounts of "dot defects" for LCD displays that we sell:

  • 15” to 27” Total Defects: 8
  • 28” Total Defects: 16

      ITDeal.com will only replace or repair items listed above.

    3. Bundled Items

     

      • When returning an item that was originally part of a bundle, the refund amount will be based on the item's single unit price at the time of purchase.
      • Arrangement for a return must be made within the warranty period specified on the item description.
      • Products that are defective and/or the seal of included software is broken, can only be returned for repair / replacement.
      • All returns must also follow the return procedures mentioned above.

    After obtaining your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, write your RMA number clearly on the return label or outside of the packaging box.

    Unauthorized Returns

    Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus applicable shipping and handling fees.
